蠻
蠻、滿二字於副詞當很、十分時多見混用。如：「蠻好」與「滿好」，「蠻不錯」與「滿不錯」等。就字之本義推之，滿本有「十分」的意思，蠻則為種族名，所以 若欲選一較適當之用字，於很、十分的意思上，以使用「滿」字較宜。

看到bc的文章有感，留了這麼一段話：
隨著不斷前進, 也會發現許多過去的同伴停下腳步,
安於在某個階段, 覺得有點可惜
有時我也會想停下來, 反正活得快樂就好, 有沒有大發展到是其次,
只是呢, 偶而又會想著, 如果就這麼停下來, 似乎太可惜了,
好像會對不起過去的自己, 白費他們的辛勞, 而湧出繼續往前踏的鬥志
愈接近碩士畢業, 這種想法愈強烈,
若最後我決定出國念博士的話, 大概是因為不想停止發展吧
bc在blog上提到數年後回頭來看，還是心情文最有感覺吧，我也這麼認為，偶而多寫些心情文吧。技術文則是留給自己備查以及分享給大家用的。

颱風天，建中生受困學校三天

上星期五台北市政府宣佈，下午四點以後停止上班上學，隔天星期六也停止上班上學。
平日開放高三教室晚自習至十點鐘的建國中學，為了顧及學生安全，星期五下午三點放學
後，也全校廣播，宣佈當天學校將於六點關門，從下午四點一直到六點這段時間，雨勢越
來越大，學校也每隔半小時就廣播一次，通知高三學生於六點前離開學校。
想不到，因為導師（數學老師）出國的關係，建國中學三年十五班一位暱稱「防滑人」的
學生，也許是猜想代課老師不會帶來什麼有趣的課程，便於午餐過後翹課跑回家打混；殊
不知，他不但錯過了下午兩節精采的高三微積分數學課，也錯過了少說有五六遍的教官室
廣播，導致他按照平日的習慣，在五點多鐘洗完澡、五點半看完KERORO軍曹之後，於六點
前一刻回到學校，打算回到班上晚自習到十點。
六點左右，全三年級教室幾乎皆已淨空。而最後離開三年級大樓的三位同學，正是防滑人
的三位同班同學，據這三位目擊同學表示，防滑人在六點左右從操場斜對角走向教室方向
，頭戴黑帽、身穿黑色T-shirt、黑色外套、黑色長褲，還撐了把黑色雨傘，打扮活像個
忍者；防滑人在操場跑道看到三人要離開教室，還大聲的向三人Say goodbye，原先三人
以為防滑人是回來拿東西，想不到防滑人竟然是因下午翹課沒聽到廣播，而天真的以為學
校開放到十點。
據學校警衛表示，他於六點十分開始巡邏，當時確實看到全校還有一間教室的燈光突兀的
亮著，他緩緩爬上三樓，正準備大聲訓斥還留在教室內的學生，卻發現315教室空無一人
（因為很不巧，防滑人正好去廁所拉屎），於是警衛把所有電燈與門窗關上，並下樓把三
年級大樓的鐵門鎖上，啟動保全系統。
就這樣，防滑人獨自留在空盪盪的學校裡自習。
防滑人被困學校期間，不但不著急，還開心的在教室戰鬥NBA電動，肚子餓了就到各班教
室覓食充飢。當星期天（8/19）晚上校長來學校視察災情時，這才發現315教室燈火通明
，校長狐疑的和兩名教官一同前往了解，卻看到防滑人在電腦桌前面睡的香甜，周圍地面
上滿是零食垃圾，甚至還在他的抽屜發現了316, 311, 306, 319.....等班級的冷氣遙控
器共計12支。
校長對記者表示，已經把這位學生送到訓導處和教官室處理。
據記者了解，該名學生被起訴的罪名有「該離校而不離校」「到處偷別班的食物」「颱風
天在教室吹冷氣玩電腦浪費學校電源」「四處蒐集冷氣遙控器的怪異行為」「三天沒洗澡
」「被校長叫醒還口出惡言」「沒大腦」等七項。

* and most important: Winamp. I can't work if it's too quiet. I listen mainly to free music by independent musicians, Weird Al, and a huge collection of over 5,000 chiptunes and classical music.

大學倒一半，也不會改變人才天秤傾斜

我只想問校長：「你會讓你小孩去唸藝術、體育、實作型大學嗎？」
今天在看到一則新聞，大意就是幾個大學校長又在憂心大學氾濫這個老梗了，其中交大校長還這樣表示（或許是記者的作文）：
吳重雨認為，國內大學不夠多元化，人才培育也常常不符合企業界需要。很多企業需要技術人力，但是在台灣卻找不到適合人才，大學要設法調整，研究型大學就去作研究，其他藝術、體育、實作型大學也要慢慢辦出特色。
當然吳校長的話是完全正確的，一個國家的人才不應該有失衡的狀況發生，過度依賴某個或是某些產業，哪天這些產業成了夕陽工業之後，那這個國家不就也要垮了嗎？
可是，若小孩有藝術、體育、實作的能力及興趣，即便在中學時學校成績頂尖，家長會依照小孩子的興趣、能力或自由意志來讓他選擇大學嗎？我相信開明的家長不多。
會這樣也是很正常的，台灣人的傳統就是「學而優則仕」，去學校唸書哪裡是追求學問、充實知識，也不是蓄積能量有朝一日改變這個世界，大多數的台灣學生，都希望最好在學校就能學到「工作要用的」，而且還要是「很賺錢的工作」要用的，這樣從學校畢業後就可以「無痛轉移」，學校的功能就是職前訓練所，所以優秀的學生、望子成龍成 的家長，當然希望去將來好找工作的學校、科系就讀。
可是人才就是要放在對的位置才能發揮最大效益呀（天才不列入討論）！以台灣目前最偏的醫、電、資來說，也許很多人高中在學成績確實不錯，然後就順著出路好的邏輯進入了可能不是那麼有興趣的醫、電、資的領域，醫電我沒唸過就不多說了，進入資訊相關科系，如果沒有興趣，熬夜寫程式還是Ｋ著鬼才看得懂的 complexity 根本就是摧殘一個人心靈的最佳偏方。然後這個「人才」就把他人生的黃金期浪費在一次又一次的 debug 地獄中，好不容易撐到大學、研究所畢業，才又茫茫然地問自己：「我真的喜歡這個領域嗎？我是不是該換跑道呢？」於是乎，又一個人才墜落。
也許很多人會跟我說，台灣的環境就是沒辦法均衡地培養人才呀，所以只能靠某幾個領域來衝出一番成績，所以大家只好繼續容忍著功利主義在社會中蔓延，雖然知道這是一種病，卻沒有吃藥的勇氣。所以我們永遠只能住在醜醜的鳥籠裡，只能看到日劇韓劇壓倒台劇的收視率，只能玩著日本人發明的 Wii （然後嘴裡依然要咒罵博優），只能聽著美國人發明的 iPod ......
其實我們的棒球投手並不會不能在 MLB 上立足，其實我們造艇及腳踏車工業都很揚名國際（賺得可能沒有電子業多，但名聲可能棒多了），大家應該多對各個產業、團體多一點關愛的眼神，發展均衡的教育環境絕對不是只靠幾個大學校長憂心就夠的了。
